The R10 project consists of four penthouses, varying in size, with a cohesive material and color palette. The color choices are based on an off-black palette, where we break subtle dark tones from a black base, creating a contrasting and unique living environment.

A datum line runs throughout the entire residence, defining the meeting between a dark and textured base and a painted, more abstract wall and ceiling environment.

To give the project its own aesthetic and character, we chose to introduce rounded junctions between walls and ceilings, creating soft shadow lines and playful line patterns throughout the apartment.

All cabinetry, dressers, and kitchens are custom-designed to a very high standard and finish.
